Make a return

You have a period of 15 working days after receipt of your order (date indicated on your tracking) to make your return request online.

To return an item, if you have already created an account, you must first make your request on the site. Go to the "My account / My orders" area. Then click on the order concerned, then on "Return products". If the words "Returning items" do not appear in your customer account, the return period has expired. The return will therefore no longer be accepted. If you haven't created an account, just contact us at hello@lovieandco.com

For returns from mainland France, you will receive a prepaid label by e-mail to stick on the package within 24 working hours. A flat-rate contribution to the return costs of 4.5 € will be deducted from the refund. For returns from other countries, shipping is at your exclusive expense. 

Be sure to check the SPAM in your email inbox if you still haven't received the return form after 2 working days.

Complete the paper return form attached to the order and slip it into your package. Drop off your package at a collection point or post office within 7 working days. Be sure to keep a follow-up or any other proof of sending.

International and Dom-Tom – ON CLIENT FEE

The customs declaration attached to the package must mention that it is a customer return as well as the reason for the return. Make sure that no charge is applicable upon receipt of the package. In case of costs upon receipt of the package, the package will be systematically refused.


Conditions of returns

Items should be returned in their original state and packaging. Any item that doesn't have a label, has been worn, is incomplete, damaged or stained will not be accepted. .

We reserve the right to reject returned items or bill for dry cleaning if these return conditions have not been met.


Refund time

After we have received and finalized a returned item, the refund will be issued within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been issued.

Exchange an item

We don't do standard exchanges.

If you would like a new size or another style or colour, simply place another order on the website.


Mistake or problem with an item

If any of the items you have received have a defect or are different from the one you purchased, we invite you to contact our customer service directly with a photo of the product received. We will therefore verify these and can if you wish to exchange or refund the product depending on availability. To complete the return process, it is essential to complete the return form and attach it to your package.
