My account

How can I change my email address and/or password?

To change your personal details, go to "My account" via the icon in the top-right menu. Enter the information required, then click "Edit" at the bottom of the page.

Forgotten your password? Click "Forgotten your password?" on the login page ». An email will be sent to you to reset your password.

How can I change my addresses?

To edit your addresses, go to "My addresses" in your customer area. Enter the information required, then save your changes by clicking "Edit".

I want to delete my customer account. How can I do this?

Orders

Can I cancel or edit an order?

Once the order has been finalized, you cannot make any changes. If your package has not yet been dispatched and you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service at hello@lovieandco.com or via the contact page as soon as possible. Once the order has been shipped, it will not be possible to cancel your order.

Are the items in my cart reserved for me?

The items in your shopping cart are not reserved. As long as they are in your cart, they are available to all our customers.

A product I want is unavailable. How can I find out if it will be back online?

If the size you want is no longer available, you can enter your email address on the product page to be notified when it comes back into stock.

Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Our team is working hard to prepare your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.

Please note that during private sales, general sales and collection launches, this time frame may be extended.

When will I be delivered and what are the delivery options?

Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco

  • Standard delivery: 2 to 4 working days after shipment of the order
  • Delivery in a pick-up point: 3 to 7 working days after shipment of the order
  • Express delivery: 24 to 48 working hours for any order placed before 11 a.m.

European Union

  • Standard delivery: 4 to 10 working days depending on the delivery areas
  • Delivery in pick-up point: 5 to 14 working days depending on the delivery areas

International and Dom Tom

  • Standard delivery: 5 to 14 working days depending on the delivery areas

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you with your tracking number. You can also go to the "My orders" section of your account to view the order status and access your tracking.

I'm worried as I haven't received my parcel. What should I do?

If you haven't had a delivery notification and are expecting to have received your order by now, based on our typical delivery times, please contact our customer services via the contact page or at hello@lovieandco.com.

My parcel has been returned to sender. What should I do?

Do not worry, our customer service will contact you when we receive the parcel to arrange a second delivery or a refund.

Returns and refund

How to return an in item?

You have 15 working days after receipt of your order (date indicated on your tracking) to make your return request online.

You then have 7 working days to drop off your package at a Colissimo collection point or at a post office.

To return an item, you must first make your request on the site.

Go to the "My account / My orders" area. Then click on the order concerned, then on "Return products".

If the "Returning items" button do not appear in your customer account, the return period has expired. The return will therefore no longer be accepted.

You will receive a prepaid label by email to stick on the package.

Complete the paper return form attached to the order and slip it in your package.

The customer shall bear the full shipping cost of return of a fixed amount indicated in the "Delivery and Returns" section, which will be deducted from the refund.

For returns from countries outside the European Union: The customs declaration attached to the package must mention that it is a customer return as well as the reason for the return. Make sure that no charge is applicable upon receipt of the package. In case of costs upon receipt of the package, the package will be systematically refused.

What are the conditions for returns?

Items should be returned in their original state and packaging. Any item that doesn't have a label, has been worn, is incomplete, damaged or stained will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to reject returned items or bill for dry cleaning if these return conditions have not been met.

 How long do refunds take?

After we have received and finalized a returned item, the refund will be issued within 10 working days. You will receive an email confirming the refund has been issued.

What is the status of my return?

 You can track your return status in "My returns" in your customer area.

Can I return an item for an exchange?

 We don't do standard exchanges.

Refunds will be issued for returned items within 10 working days after reception the package*.

If you would like a new size or another style or colour, simply place another order on the website.

Please note that during private sales, general sales and collection launches, this time frame may be extended.

Can I return an item in store?

Returns are made exclusively on the site, it is not possible to make a return in store.

What can I do if there's a problem with my item?

If any of the items you have received have a defect or are different from the one you purchased, we invite you to contact our customer service directly with a photo of the product received. We will therefore verify these and can if you wish to exchange or refund the product depending on availability. To complete the return process, it is essential to complete the return form and attach it to your package.
